Strong Fox Outdoor Heads
Strong Fox Outdoor fursuit heads are built around ski helmets to provide improved safety, visibility, and functionality for your outdoor furry adventures! The project is a collaboration between Strongbob Fox and Rex Collie.

The heads are built around a Giro racing ski helmet with a muzzle, moving jaw, eyebrows, and ears added and custom furred to match your character design. Ears are shaped with foam and are custom designed to match the character. We recommend aerodynamic ears for skiing. The sewn minky tongue can be repositioned with velcro. The muzzle, jaw, teeth, and eyebrows are 3D printed using PETG plastic. The teeth and nose are painted and sealed with an epoxy finish. Removable ski goggles are worn directly on the wearer’s face for significantly improved visibility and comfort compared to a normal fursuit head. A hidden zipper in the front of the neck promotes ease of entry. The mouth is animated with a chin strap under the user’s jaw which also secures the helmet. A magnet-mounted fan circulates air within the muzzle and runs off of an included USB battery pack.
The Strong Fox fursuit head is intended as a novelty item which is primarily designed for cosplay and costuming. While every effort had been made to make the head as strong and durable as possible, due to the necessary helmet modifications and 3D printed structure of the muzzle, the head should not be considered to have the same level of visibility or overall head protection as a standard ski helmet. The head is warm, and is intended for cosplay and outdoor use in cool weather. Each Strong Fox Outdoor Head is unique and lovingly hand-crafted in Montana, USA!
Pricing starts at $1,900 with Oakley goggles included, or $1,700 without goggles. This fursuit head should be used with reflective frameless ski goggles for the best aesthetics. We only guarantee that Oakley Flight Deck L goggles will fit, although others may work. Additional costs may apply for complex fursuit head designs, added features such as horns, or custom 3D work. Currently we have designs for a dog/wolf and a fox. Additional standard designs (such as a feline) are in progress! It may be possible to commission the design of a less common species.
We maintain a waitlist and a queue of current projects. Anyone can get on the waitlist by contacting us. We will contact people on the waitlist when we have slots available in our queue. To move from the waitlist to the queue a contract must be signed and a deposit paid. A short queue is maintained so we can turn around projects in a matter of months.
